Foods are directly related to our body, as well as our mental and social health because each food or liquid contains specific nutrition such as carbohydrates, protein, vitamins, minerals, fats, and so on, all of which are essential for our physical and mental development.

Food and water are the primary sources of nutrition and body strength, but many of the foods we consume have no nutritional value.

On the contrary, they contribute to health issues like diabetes and heart disease. As a result, you should eat healthy, well-balanced foods that provide your body with adequate nutritional value.

Food: Not Just a Term 

After air and water, food is the third most important thing for living beings to provide energy and development, maintain life, or stimulate growth. It is one of the most complex chemical systems.

Food has a significant impact on health promotion and disease prevention. It consists, in general, of essential nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins, fats, minerals, and vitamins that are consumed to provide nutritional support for an organism and ingested by an organism and assimilated by the organism`s cells to maintain health.         When we are sick, we take food and medicine to be cured and healed; if we eat enough food, our immunity improves and we are relieved of coughing and cold-like symptoms to a noticeable extent.

        Even in the case of the majority of infections, diseases, or illnesses, patients become very weak because they have stopped or are hesitant to eat.

        Nutrition deficiency is a type of disease caused by a lack of food or an excess of food. The combination of a poor diet and drug administration causes a slew of issues, including drug accumulation, the development of drug resistance by microbes, and so on.

        Consuming a sufficient diet during a wound, bone fracture, or inflammation helps to overcome the pain and inconvenience of the healing process. It implies that food is also used as a medicine drug; without food, drugs fail to cure diseases such as tuberculosis, sunstroke, gastric ulcers, skin diseases, muscle pains, and so on. So, having a reasonable amount of food is one of the best ways to overcome diseases.
